  1. Scope of Services
    OrthoAlign Solution specializes in advanced digital orthodontic planning, offering services such as 3D case visualization, aligner sequencing, and clinical case assessments. These services are exclusively provided to licensed dental professionals and institutions via secure digital platforms.
  2. Eligibility Criteria
    Our offerings are strictly limited to certified orthodontists, general dentists, and registered dental labs. By engaging with OrthoAlign, clients affirm their professional credentials and authority to submit and evaluate clinical cases.
  3. Delivery Protocol
    Treatment plans and associated files are shared through our encrypted portal or secure communication channels. While turnaround times depend on case complexity and submission volume, most cases are processed within 48–72 hours.
  4. Case Revisions
    Clients may request revisions within 7 days of receiving their case. Minor adjustments are accommodated at no extra cost; however, substantial changes or requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
  5. Client Support
    Our support team is available during standard business hours to assist with service-related queries. Clients may reach us via email, phone, or through the portal. We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
  6. Clinical Disclaimer
    OrthoAlign Solution does not provide direct patient care. Our digital plans serve as clinical tools and must be reviewed and approved by the treating professional. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes resulting from misapplication or misinterpretation of our planning materials.
  7. Service Suspension
    We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for clients who breach our Terms of Service, fail to fulfill payment obligations, or misuse our platform. In such cases, portal access may be restricted without prior notice.
